Copyright and licence
When you buy a template and the payment is completed, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that template for your own personal use, or in one business or freelance practice that you own or run.
You may:
- use the template for yourself, or for your own single business or freelance work, including entering your own clients' figures as part of your normal work;
- edit it freely for those uses;
- keep copies for your own backup, on your own accounts and devices.
You may not:
- resell, share, give away, upload, post, publish or distribute the template or any copy of it, whether edited or not (this includes posting it online, putting it in a shared drive or folder open to others, and sharing your download link);
- include it in, or sell it as part of, another template, bundle, course or product;
- use it, or any part of it, to create, build or sell a competing template product;
- present it as your own work, or remove copyright or other notices;
- use it, or put it into any tool, to train or build an AI model or dataset;
- use our name to promote your own products.

Is this a subscription?
No. Each template is a one-time purchase and never renews.
What do I get?
A spreadsheet (.xlsx) file, designed for Google Sheets and Excel, with a Start Here tab of instructions. In Google Sheets you open it by uploading or importing the file. A bundle is one download with a separate .xlsx file for each template and a short README. Delivery is a digital download only. Nothing is shipped.
Can I get a refund?
Digital download. One payment, does not renew. No refunds once you have downloaded the file. Not downloaded yet? Ask in writing within 7 days of payment. Faulty or not as described, charged twice, or charged without permission? We will fix, replace or refund. Email support@nalekur.com. We reply within 2 working days. Currently available to customers in the United States. Worldwide availability coming soon. Prices in US dollars. You can ask us for a written copy of our refund policy at any time. Refund Policy Nothing in our terms limits any refund, repair, replacement or other right you have under the law where you live.
Do the templates give tax, legal or accounting advice?
No. They are organising tools with sample data for illustration. Check your own figures and ask a qualified professional about tax or legal questions.
